Atv Snowtracks on lawnmowers VS 3.5 feet of snow….

Snow tracks skis and lawnmowers, what could GO wrong?
We took our off-road mowers to the next level in the snow by adding atv tracks with custom hub adapters and stabilizer bars.
Taking these mowers deep into the Canadian mountains on our cabin property where untouch snow and trails were to be messed with. Not to mention we crossed a freakin lake! Yes a lake on lawnmowers….. maybe a first???

I think the yellow tractor (Mustie?) has the Peerless 2300 with a 5” pulley and a 7” pulley on the motor? What speed can it cruise at in 4th gear?

Musty runs two belts and 4 pulleys in the drive system 4 gear can average 50km flat ground

@@okoffroadmowers wow that’s moving right along. What is the purpose of the 4 pulleys and two belts? I’d guess to transfer the power from a vertical shaft to the horizontal pulley on the trans?

Yes I run a 90° bevel gear box under the mower to make a horizontal to vertical change from engine to transaxle One constant pressure belt and one clutching belt I have it all on musty build series videos!
