I enjoyed how it showed different occupations behind the scenes!

He acts like he knows more than the makeup artist in the way he interrupts her and sort of answers his own questions

Having watched other ATW Working in the Theater episodes, this has the distinct smell of Disney management. One smooth talking exec with lots of HR and PR training controlling the narrative for all the "invisibles".

I have a general idea of how a show works, in Tighter room backstage. If a set piece gets stuck on stage, for example a set piece could jump a track, would the show continue?

Ben Collins they would most likely bring the curtain down and stop the show to fix the set piece, then continue. I've been in the audience when this has happened during a broadway show.

The actress at 12:10 is a bit old to play Ariel, not sure who the other characters are, I would love to be in a Disney musical.

Well she played the part a few years before this. The clip is Sierra Boggess the original. I think Michelle looks right. Especially with the stage makeup and distance from the audience point of view.

A lot of the other wigs were from other Broadway shows. Including Side Show (the twins)

The blonde and brunette wigs the actress puts on are Roxie and Velma from Chicago

I am SO annoyed with this man. Please stop interrupting this woman and let her speak. So rude! He is terribly disrespectful and is impatient as a child would be.
