Erich S mr otterman has been teaching him for a year or two it seems. Idk if otter can understand simple command system like dogs, but from all otterman video, He patiently teach aty about many things for long periods of time and keep repeating it and it somewhat pays off. Aty's nature wasn't given i guess, its combination of hardwork and patience of its owner.

Ian Nugrahane I don’t think that is a fair characterization. Belle has all of the normal behaviors of an otter, but Bingo is just different. They probably could do a better job training them not to bite, maybe not. Bingo is just more immature than Aty and frankly, maybe not as smart as him. I’ve watched a lot of different otter videos and they all have different personalities, just like cats and dogs do. I know many cats that don’t like to be picked up or are not friendly and many are the complete opposite of that. You can’t pin that on the owners.
