You should note that atypical antipsychotics cause less extrapyramidal symptoms compared to the typical antipsychotics! great video otherwise.

What about tardive dyskinesia?

tardive dyskinesia is under EPS since uncontrollable symptoms can occur, like frequent eye blinking, sticking out of the tongue, tongue rolling, grimacing of the face, lip-smacking, and lip puckering. Dystonia is similar to tardive dyskinesia since it is uncontrollable movements seen in the head and neck, some examples you would see is eyes are rolled up, and laryngeal spasms. Therefore in this video it has mentioned those symptoms under EPS. hope that helps!!
