Hi, apply for a fresh application. Make sure your contract is an updated one, scanned documents should be clear and legible. Signatures done on contract should be dark enough upon scanning.

Hi, sorry to hear about this. Recently, there is an ongoing delay in AWS decision (no official announcement yet). Your agent can follow up with them. They will email with the reason of rejection, if it is rejected. Since your agent didn’t receive any email, I assume it’s not rejected.
