I have learned that a pigeon can have a really tight pin tail and then it will flair when they are trying to get down or are focused on something wich in my opinion that is normal i am no professional by any means at all butni spend a lot of time with my pigeons and notice this but great looking pigeon 🏆🧬 for sure hope everything is good 🙏🏼
