au!jason todd& bruce wayne |...crwling in my skin

This was kind of influenced by me thinking its pretty fucked up Bruce didn't spend very long looking for jason after he was missing from his grave. I mean...depending on what timeline/universe you are following. Surely....Bruce noticed right? I don't know why this never occurred to me. Maybe deeper comic book fans can explain it to me. Did bruce look for a little while and then give up? or did someone cover up the grave? but why would they cover it up? Jason wasn't found by talia until ages after walking around the streets with brain damage, after being in hospital and yadadada. (*thanks for the explanation below. You can take this video in 2 ways*)
1. au version* - that yes bruce did eventually find out about jason missing but gave up looking for him soon after, when he realised Jason might be doing something nefarious. So stopped looking out of guilt etc. (This is what I like to imagine. sorry jason. its not what you deserve. but its what i shall give you).
or
2. Bruce did not know, and jason just has misdirected anger on that topic, but because Bruce is so bad at emotions and struggles to explain himself, he brushes jason off which causes jason's anger. Bruce does seem extremely bad at words and I can see him bottling everything up and not wanting to talk about that time. So I think that makes sense too. Because it would frustrate jason so much. Hmm actually I like this version too. Well now I can't decide even for myself! lol
Also featuring jason's ptsd. His Resentment over being replaced. His frustration at Bruce being emotionally immature and constipated. The batarang incident - ya know when Bruce literally sliced jasons neck open with a batarang (great job as a dad bruce!). You know the drill.
