I'm also an Au-Pair, i think its better to complete b2 eventhough you didn't write b2 exam because it help us more to communicate and understand language with family and children's , and work will be different for different families 😊. And some contract are for 6 months and 1yr, and food will be okay for some of them 😇. We should start our processing for next course before completing our contract because it takes time for paper works here 😊

You can study and find a job easily for nursing. But I cannot help you on this you have to try. You have to also learn German language B2 level

Just visit the nearby kindergarten they will take care of it. Either you will get admitted there or they will pass your information to other kindergartens. Also you can visit kinder and Mutter Zentrum for help and admission.
