My opinion on the music video is that everyone was running from something in the hospital and she was the thing but they didn’t know it so when the guy saw her outside they started arguing about wether or not to let her in. I don’t know the reason they were fighting before that tho. But if she was the something they were running from she had ripped the guys heart out for some reason and was going to kill all the other people when they let her in. Again this is just my theory.
