I cannot resist the sun. Sunlight is my favourite lighting.
There's nothing that beats the beautiful light that a sunny day can give you. There's so much you can do with it.
That's why when I had a chance to shoot outside in this photoshoot, I did it.
I brought a pink plexiglass glass to my rooftop in Bushwick, and I placed it against the model so that the sunlight could go right through it.
It looks so stunning. It painted the whole model's skin magenta (!).
I have done so many favourite photoshoots on my Bushwick rooftop (many of them for Vogue and Harpers Bazaar), and all it took was to have a beautiful sunny day in New York City. 💖
