Right on Aubrey. Sometimes. Its good to be Humble in a Racing Event by not being all PR FLASHY wearing 300 dollar CARBON SHOES. Mate, I race the local 5ks and I just wear My "Event" Cloudsurfer 7s. At the end of the day. You finish the event. got the T shirt and Finish Medal. My Slow is Someone else's FAST. - those words humble me everyday.
@AubreyRunning5 ай бұрын
Love that, never heard it before. And it also applies that my fast is someone’s slow. It’s also perspective and being grateful for where you are. Cheers for this comment and always for your continued support

Epic video, thank you for the appearance and link to my Insta too, you are a gent. I didn't quite get the time I wanted, but won't complain at 1.49.06 given how busy and twisty the course was. I set off way too fast which was the opposite of what I wanted to do in my pace pro (got caught up in the occasion). My garmin measured 13.46 miles and had me at HM at 1.46.37 which would have been nice. Well done on pulling yourself through the wall, I know how hard that is.. I hit it in Gosport nd had to walk at mile 11. Thanks again, congratulations and fantastic video.

Let’s go Jody… first of all thank you so much for finding me at the start line. People have no clue what such things mean to me. It’s such a privilege to know that people are really engaged and therefore know my name. I know sounds cliche but it’s honestly the best thing ever. Thank you very much for talking to me on the day. As for your time… that’s incredible. How do we follow your photography work?
