Is not about Kenya and Africa. It about Africa as whole because Kenya couldn't even make raila became a president in Kenya. So what makes Kenya thinks African will allow raila to represent African. For one raila has an old history about Africa and the Djibouti guy has an old history and updated history about Africa. It clearly shows that his capable of solving some of the issues African is facing. But raila with his old history only solve old the old generations and young gez will be left out. But the Djibouti guy will solve both old and young so inshort he will bring along the whole Africa with him.
