There's basically no Maori in Auckland city. There's a few around South Auckland, Auckland City is mainly Indian and Chinese. With scatterings of white people. The Maori live up North. They don't really like this crap. They just fish and hunt pigs.

Yep. Ive stayed here the whole time and seen a lot of stores close and buildings go up since. I live up the road but won't got to the CBD. Up the top on KRoad there are too many drunken bums. Any given day there is drama. When the 501 deportees came from Aussie about 3 years ago it was insane. They set off the fire alarm constantly and did other awful shit. I havent even been downtown to check out the new mall. The quietest bunch of people in town were the Ukrainians protesting war.

I lived in Auckland for 9 wet years; I didn't like it! I lived in Wellington for 7 years and besides its climate, I liked it! I lived in Dunedin for 8 years and loved it! and I have lived in Christchurch twice..... I hated the earthquakes, but I love the place! Hot summers etc but very cold winters! With the rebuild I back Christchurch as being number 1 city to live in !
