Honestly, Futures are BANNED in regular Monopoly. It is so irritating that Cappy and Dropsy keep breaking that rule. Effectively, Dropsy and Cappy just get into a possition where they gift each other whatever they want simply because they somehow get enough money to compete with each other, and the others don't expect someone with $500+ to just GIFT a Railroad for $100. It is just Poor Sportsmanship.

The thing is i wouldn't be mad if it wasn't for the fact that Dropsy and Cappy were the ones who had the highest chance to win during that deal, essentially just saying "oh yeah you're my competition, but I'll give ya this property for this worthless one." If dropsy was losing I would understand, but this is just giving your opponent a better chance at winning.
