Audax BRM 400km 2024 (Merdeka Edition)

Done and dusted. This is perhaps the most difficult one. The time is limited, plus I have a slipped disc, which makes things more difficult. Withstand extremely hot weather. Prepare for the severe headwind. Do not require speed. Simply cycle at a comfortable pace and keep track of the time. Overall manage to complete within cut-off-time.
Those who completed this event, I would like to congratulate to you all. And, wishing everyone "A Selamat Hari Merdeka ke-67 to Malaysia".

Audax is not a race. You don't have podium. Is all about self management, planning and strategy. Make sure this ride is fun and always believe in yourself, nothing is impossible when you want to fulfill a dream. A lot of people will tell you that you can't do it, that you don't have what it takes, but if it is in your heart and you feel it, there is nothing that will stop you.
