What an achievement, well done guys. Here in indonesia, we also have unsupported ultra cycling race called Bentang Jawa, 1500km with 16.000 elevation gain. The winner took 86 hours to finish. You guys are iron man. I always have respect for people who can finish ultra cycling race. Sorry for my english tho

Any tips to prevent cramping when do audax? U guys drink electrolytes etc?

Sometimes on & off, but only 100 plus. We didn’t consume any electrolytes instead recovery drinks when we took a long rest. Best to stay hydrated & don’t let your fluid become ticker, don’t more water & sugary stuff as you need those energy. Don’t press too much pedaling, just keep it smooth & steady. Nothing much tips, just need more mileage as training
