I tore a ligament like that a few years ago. Usually the same position that happens in: Sideways press while supinated. A reaaaally dangerous and risky move. Took a long time to rehab, but I'm happy to say that its become my strongest arm now😁 Do lots of LIGHT rehab on that sidepressure bro.

i had the exact same thing happen to me on the left arm. same sound and reaction too. i didn’t visit a doctor about it but ~ 6 months later and i still haven’t been in a fully supinated hook since, but nevertheless i can still use my full arm power given i have a little pronation and my toproll has gotten much better.

I'm pissed too! i'm one of your biggest fans! Even though i believe Auden won i've seen many videos when he uses many tricks some of which they can consider cheating or not fair to his opponent. I don't have long hands and people taller than me with longer arms always tried to pull me so i know how you feel. You will come back stronger in a lost like this take it easy on your arm could take up to 3 months for your arm to be back at full strength. Glad you shared this video. I got injured arm-wrestling someone 100 pounds heavier than me that was a mistake and there is nothing sadder than not being able to train at your full potential it's breaking my heart.

Don't worry about the last elbow sound, it's a normal injury, it happened to me before, it'called 'Golf's elbow", it takes from 3 months to 6 months to heal depend on how bad it was (yours isn't bad, so don't worry). The good new is that your elbow will be much more strong because your body will build more tissues on that elbow and that is what happened to me and to John Brzenk so... i'm telling you this little injury will make your stronger, do some easy blood flow to that elbow, be patience, Allah protect you my friend.
