Hey love all the Audi 8v videos. Do you know where I can get the black plastic bit that the bulb sits in. I think I broke mine somehow because I can't get the light to work. Done the backs no problem but the front won't come on

I’ve just installed this and now all my interior lights have stopped working any idea and what I’ve done? I’ve followed your steps and all was good but then as soon I replaced the bulb into an led it stopped working?

Hi Ben, I would suggest checking the interior fuse. It seems as if the circuit has popped due to maybe having the lights on whilst you inserted the bulb...happened to me before, just ensure lights are off when you are putting and taking out bulbs.. Used some standard 501 LED bulbs I had leftover but ordered new ones which are canbus read to stop the low light that stays on... www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131767706161

TW Randomz I changed LED and when the button that lights up when the door is opened active LED's continue to light only with much much less firepower completely just do not light when the light is turned off and the button for the door to light up is also turned off, even when the car is turned off and lock it up if I left auto light it is still a bit in bright....Maybe because I bought wrong LED or why ?

You can take the whole piece off instead of risking breaking tabs on both

After putting it back it will not come on and now the original will not come on.

Blown fuse mate, replace the blown led bulb with a new and then turn the unit off, close doors and wait at least 1 minute before replacing fuse..easy fix..this sometimes happens if the car doesn’t like how you inserted the new bulb..good luck mate Please like and subscribe!
