Its also good to mention that he drove in S not in D mode , that might cause higher consumption since in S the car keeps higher rpms.

It is some sort of "Audi driver character" , to NOT use the blinkers, despite the situation on the street. What I know it is just some sort of "meme about specific car brand drivers, a la Audi , BMW etc..
