Try the dealer?

I repaired mine last August and the glue is not holding again, it now May. I might try the Velcro idea, but what kind? Gorilla brand? With the hot Florida sun, I am afraid any glue won't last. There needs to be a permanent solution.

Do you happen to know if replacement to the plastic anchors is available?

Guys, there's a much easier way to solve this problem. Both my seatbacks came off of my A3, I even had both the clips on the bottom of one come off. I simply used long strips of velcro with adhesive backs I got at the local fabric shop. I even velcroed the clips on. So instead of using glue or epoxy, a permanent fix that could damage your seats just run a velcro strip on the bracket and one on the inside of the seatback. Again I even velcroed on the clips at the bottom. You would think it wouldn't fit nicely, but it does and so far its lasted for months. And I can take them off and on easily if i need to.

I've tried the self-sticking velcro solution on my seatbacks. They came off again by themselves a few hot summer days later.

@@jimcarbo9313 Try two component epoxy glue. It helped with mine. They look like factory again. But wear gloves and maybe a mask too when messing around with the glue, otherwise you'll get very itchy hands and face for a month or so, like I did.
