There is no need to break the clips inside the cover. if you keep your pegs (keeping the lid separated from the bottom) at the corners then there is enough space to do the job...just did it. Thanks for the video though, very helpful.

Agreed. Using a proper Trim Tool Kit will pop the plastic side clips up without any breakage. Thanks for the video illustration though, very good quality.
