Audi A4 B6/B7 instrument cluster problems

This happens even when the ignition is off and wihout key putted in.

I was told this was caused by the control box under passenger seat.

How did you figure out it was the cluster I’m having kind of the same issue ?

Hi, i replaced dashboard.
