Very complex software on these cars and took sometime to develop but the end result is very impressive performance.
This car was tuned previously but the customer was not happy with the torque curve - apparently made around 290hp.
Best 0 to 60 timed run was 4.8s
After BSR tuning the car drove with a more progressive curve and the 0 - 60 times improved by 0.5's
As mentioned in the video I would stay away from aftermarket turbo intake pipes for these engines as they add no benefit. Plus from my experience the turbo side hose does not remain on as it slips off leaving your turbo open to suck in foreign objects.

Its very hot recently so on cooler day difference will be more but either way low 4's is decent result

Been waiting for the results of one of these cars, looks a lot quicker than CP3 CCWA. My guess would be 350bhp/8XXNm

Same turbo as the A7 I done a few weeks back 2060 unit. I estimate around 330 to 340hp.

Can’t wait for the dyno results! Nice job So is better stay away from aftermarket TIP…they slip from compressor housing…but in term of air sucked at high rpm ? There are some advantages? Or overall is better the original TIP?

Advantage? Air leak and dirty= loss power and damage turbo/engine... Stay away from that 😉

Maybe i explained myself badly. I’m asking this because i have the same TIP and i want to know if there are some benefits if installed when is not slipping away. I noticed little difference compared to the original. I’ve checked now and it’s slipping away from the compressor housing so i’m thinking to replace it for the original one 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@slaveet check your compressor wheel now in case its damaged. I would put stock pipe back asap. Soon I’ve got two customers who want hybrids and I plan on using the stock TIP

@@slaveet No advantage to this TIP, also because its silicone it can actually be sucked closed by pre compressor vacuum. Should be aluminium if you're going this route.

Bitdi makes over 400hp with just tuning and dpf solution. Plus this gen 3 engine has reported failures but I can increase the oil pressure which should help.

@@MrGPTTYFix the oil pressure issue and rest should be ok. I have ball bearing turbo in stock to make over 400hp, couple of sensors and wagner intercooler - done

woah - that aftermarket intake pipe does *not* fit!

There is no lip on the compressor housing and the hose is a little too big so when you tighten the clamp it just slides off. Like I mentioned nothing wrong with the stock part.
