Just used your video to fit the sensor myself within 5 minutes, thank you for this video, saved me a fortune! Message has disappeared from my instrument speedo panel now. I havent driven it yet but at least the error message has gone!

Just used this video to replace the part. I'm hopeless with anything practical, but this was spot on. Changed the part within 5 minutes. Dashboard error messages including a fault with Start / Stop system have now gone. Brakes feel different class. This has saved me a fortune. Also found an after market part for £15. Thanks very much!! :)

My audi a4 had the braking servo issue and took it to the garage (someone i thought was trust worthy) and told him what i thought the issue was, he told me the abs is gonna go, i told him about the sensor replacement and he just said hes seen it a lot of times, that i cant do anything about it and drive it until the abs is gone, then go to him to get it replaced, it would cost £1500 to £6000 for the part then labour on top of that. I've spent £15 on the sensor, watched this video (and a few more to be certain) spent 5 mins replacing it, and issue appears to be gone, no more brake servo restricted sign and brakes feel normal and not clicky.

Really informative video. Was a bit worried when I got the message and the brakes felt odd. Part arrived next day and fitted in about 5 minutes. Message gone and brakes feel like normal again. I ordered the 'B' version assuming they had made improvements to the sensor. Thanks for the video.

I just took the old one out, cleaned and greased the O ring and reinstalled it. Fault is gone.

Thank you just replaced mine today. However there’s no vacuum/ pressure release sound when remove the sensor. Is this normal?

I HAD THIS ERROR AND IT WAS BECAUSE I PUT BIGGER PROFILE TYRES ON MY CAR! I REVERTED TO OLD TYRE SPEC AND THE FAULT WAS CLEARED! VW Polo tsi 1.0

My Audi A4 has developed "brake servo issue", breaks feel "clicky" and stop/start stopped working. Would this sensor fault be the reason? Cheers

I had similar problem when the Brake Servo Sensor failed. I would suggest it to be replaced as soon as possible as it will damage the ABS unit which will cost around £3000 pounds. Please refer to the above forum for more information. Thanks :)
