Really useful video, thanks for taking the time to make it. I did my Golf R brakes with the same pressure bleeder and it was easy. Bled mine FL, FR, RL and RR though 😉

I need to do this on my 8Y RS3, glad I found this video and don’t need to cycle the ABS! Thanks for posting!

When I earn as much as you mister baz I will ;) Launch one is a mini version of the dealer tool. Very impressive bit of kit!

Thanks for the video. I checked the Audi service manual for my US 8Y RS3 and bleed order for left hand drive is left front (outer then inner), right front (outer then inner), left rear, right rear. Is the order not that important?

The Audi manual always tells you to bleed from the front (which is backwards to what the entire world says) but , throughout my years at the dealer no one ever followed the manual and always started at the furthest away from the master cylinder. And I’ve always done that too. As long as the system is pressure bled I don’t believe it makes a difference. But if in doubt follow the manual.

How much brake fluid do I need then? I have an A3 so I'm guessing I need less than an RS. Will a Liter be enough to flush all 4 calipers? Thanks
@ZakKol697 ай бұрын
Depends how much you pump through. A 1l bottle will be enough

@@ZakKol69 Bought 2L and if I dont use the second bottle I will just return it :)
