​@@muhamma9568 these engines are realy capable...560 even 600ponies possible on e85 with more than 750nm.. But...some are take care about longevity...and want to use the car long term.. I am a tracday guy..10 20ponies doesent count..but +10C degree in oil temp is realy count a lot..

@@Master321v hey! I’m now on stage 2 98oct and pushing 532hp 691nm and drive’s like new perfect setup for everyday. I ordered a TTE700 with a multimap 95/98/102/102+10% bio it wil push around 680-690hp and nm i want to keep it low for stock engine like 760-780nm range but a perfect setup for better 100-200 times

Why is the stage 2 result so low? Usually those engines would go to 530-550hp.

Hi, our focus is more on the safety and reliability of the car/components, that's why we will guarantee this result. We can however get those numbers (580HP - 720NM) with a Stage 3 tune, this means upgrading the turbo, downpipe, inletpipe and a DSG remap. An Injector upgrade will get you to 630+.. I understand you do it for the components, but that is why I am interested into what components have changed since the older DAZA engines, which reliably make 530-540 on a stage 2 tune? Do you have any detailed info, why do we need TTE700 to go above 520hp, when before it would reliable go to 540. Are injectors the problem, or something else? As GPF is removed, what exactly is the component that is limiting the engine? I am trying to figure out how to maximize stage 2 tune, before going for a bigger turbo.

@@Legoless. Previous generations 2.5 TFSI engines are still cast iron engine blocks, where the DAZA has a completely newly developed aluminum block. The power of the DAZA motor is a lot higher due to the following factors: - K07 turbo, which is a lot bigger compared to the previous 2.5 TFSI engine - Daza has 5 extra injectors compared to the old one. DAZA has MPI which CEPA & CZGB do not (direct and indirect injectors) So more fuel in combination with larger turbo = more power The original turbo of the DAZA gives a maximum of 520 Pk for stage 2 at a pressure of +/- 1.8 bar. Pushing more is no longer safe for the turbo! (tested 1.9 bar with original turbo and car jerked) If you want 550/560 hp with the original turbo, you will have to switch to E85, then there is a maximum of 580 hp to be achieved. Restricted by OEM injectors. With TTE700 + 980 CC injectors, +700 hp and 800 Nm can be achieved. (limit torque to 800 Nm to ensure reliability of the original connecting rods) In short: at 98 ron 520 hp and 720 Nm with original turbo and injectors. If you want more power on normal fuel we recommend to upgrade the turbo + injectors. Hope this helps!

@@BRPerformanceTV no, no I am not talking about older CEPA/CZGB engine! I am talking about NEWER DNWA engine, which comes with the same turbo, but additional GPF filter. It came into production with 2019 RS3 and TT-RS in Europe. There are several stage 2 tunes on DAZA reliably running on 530-550hp. You are right about the 580 on E85. My question goes for the DNWA, which should reach the same numbers as DAZA, but doesn't for some reason. And I want to figure out what exactly that reason is and it definitely is not the turbo, as turbo is exactly the same on both engines.

Usually connecting rods are the weak link, so tuner can limit the torque if needed. Anyways, with stock turbo engine is safe on stage 2.
