MrMillennium67.. yeh dude.. if he tunes the rs6.. i believe it adds a further 100 hp.. just from tuning.. correct me if im wrong.. thats the results from a rs4 or s4 tune.. something along those lines

1fab 97 Abt rs + made specially from abt, piggyback is just a piggyback that adds more power, I think if you buy just a piggyback and want 700hp on rs 6 you pay about 7k eur it’s just insane money, better to make ecu remap for 1k eur and save other moneys for other modifications

I feel like there is an empty niche for tuning content amongst the youtubers.. buying a car like the S1 or maybe up to the RS6 and tuning it with ABT, MTM, Brabus (in case of Mercs), Hamann (BMW) etc is even cheaper than buying a supercar and doing the usual ppf-exhaust-wrap content, yet far more novel. Thank you James 👏🏻

i noticed at 11:27 you can see the middle resonator on your exhaust system, you need that removing for a straight piece of pipe! can be done at most garages for as little as £80, a place local to you James where i had my Golf R resonator taken out is ‘1 Stop Motorsport’ in Crewe (Third Avenue, CW1 6XL). It really opens the cars exhaust note up and is the best “bang for your buck” upgrade you can do on an S1/S3/Golf R etc.

Mr JWW - Engine upgrade & performance clutch in working progress - Sold because of the very nature of an Audi sport R&D & Heritage - It's not all about the BHP, it's how you deliver the longlivity & engine life, with the added bonus of emissions control - These boys know what their doing !

Ah, tuning, the ultimate expression of one's self in a car. I do have a couple of suggestions for you though James. First and foremost, upgrade the brakes. You have to be able to stop ;-) Second, upgrade suspension so that you can add adjustable shocks which will allow you to weight balance the car for more precise control and safety. If the audio of this video is any indication, you might want to consider an exhaust upgrade as well hehehe. Beautiful content as always James. Looking forward to the next vid.

Great work James, would have liked to have heard what the "before and after" torque figures were as that is the shove that you really feel in the mid range on boost. On older generation Haldex / Quattro cars it's possible to pull a fuse to simply disable the 4WD and run the car as FWD so it's easy to put the car on a conventional dyno and get accurate power/torque readings without any power losses through the prop shaft to the rear wheels/diff.

Mr JWW. Just subscribed to your channel. Love the videos. Could you find someone who has a Porsche 959 or even rarer 959 Sport which was incredible for it's day and is more so iconic and special even today. It's a very special car and probably the original father of the modern supercar. The technologies this car demonstrated were unheard of in the 1980s. Porsche 959. Beautiful.

Told you they were good lol. By the way the warranty isn't brilliant, look at the small print as mine said it covered the vehicle for 2 years from first registration. When the clutch went on mine at 30k they weren't interested 😊
@neilridsdale76176 жыл бұрын
The NSA warranty is a complete backup of the Manufacturers warranty, It is in place should a manufacturer legally reject a claim, then the NSA will take on the claim etc, The Policy is very comprehensive etc, However the Clutch is regarded as a "wear and tear" item by the manufacturer, Audi themselves do not cover the clutch (unless its due to oil contamination etc) as its wear and tear. And Therefore the NSA can't cover as its a Backup of the Manufacturers warranty when the Manufacturer does not cover it in standard trim if this makes sense, . However the ABT tuning is not as aggressive as most tunings on here, and we have only ever in all of our years ever seen a couple of cases in the whole of Europe of cars requiring a clutch in the many S1's we have tuned!!
