I’m looking for an ‘18 or ‘19 S4. And this helped me get a look into maintenance costs and ownership. I think I’m still going to go with it, but you really opened my eyes. Thanks man!

I had a 2018 B9 S5 coupe for around 2 years as well (sold in February - similar miles and spec as your S4). I think the used market for the S4 is slightly stronger than the S5 coupe. I decided to get out of my car as the values were absolutely tanking (likely due to a smaller market + sportback option). Also, I think it’s important to keep in mind that sometimes the prices you see similar cars listed for, doesn’t always mean they actually sell for that price. Beautiful S4 though and been a long time subscriber!

I'm 43 and I pay 700 every 6 months through State Farm for my 18 S4. I'm also in Michigan and there's probably some discount for also having my wife's car and house with the same agent. Haven't done any performance mods on mine, so doing oil changes every 10k miles, though I have free oil changes "For Life". I did have to pay for the tire rotation during my last oil change.

I use Royal Purple in my car I put 10 W 40 it's a better oil keep your engine cooler and you get more horsepower out of it what's a Toyota in and out in mechanic for a while to work on boats so you can go and just buy the pump and just pump it out from the top it's better instead of doing it from the bottom not necessary because you only leave maybe a little bit not even a quarter anyway you got to put oil in them every few months the best way to do it

Actually got a pretty good deal on it my 2016 S4 and I have the premium plus so it came with the Mitchell Sports does aquaterra in all carbon fiber and there's S4 on the back seats like the ones in the front carbon fiber comes with the big spoiler in the back wide tires spoilers all around the Chrome mirrors it's beautiful and that car was 55,000 without tax and that was the base model so mine has all the special features you're talking about 65 Grand I said when I bought that car I bought it with no money down it's paid for now but and I only have 70,000 miles on it and it's mint condition it has custom paint it's it's a it's a it's a it's a moon Moonlight metallic blue you're not with that was a $5,000 feature and having the S4 in the back seats with the aquaterra and the carbon fiber and has Lighting in it too was another feature in the rims in the tires and it's Bulletproof my insurance is $90 a month for full coverage and I out of all the S4s I think it's the best year they made I want you tune supercharging a lot quicker than a turbo one I actually have my cartoon by Alex from sheepy racing so she's got 600 horsepower and that's what the stock exhaust I didn't do the exhaust

do you use 0w-20 oil?
@kehaya26252 ай бұрын
i absolutely love this guys vids, he knows a lot, but for the love of GOD guys do not change your oil every 8k miles or a year like he does. that’s fuckin insanely stupid. cut down intervals no matter what. just because audi says to do so doesn’t mean you have to. they do that for numerous reasons but that will not keep your car reliable at all. change it every 3k miles strictly and get an oil extractor to do it yourself and save 100$ or more every time.
@KevG2 ай бұрын
@@kehaya2625 I appreciate the comment! Thanks for watching the videos. I’m gonna be doing it every 6-8k. I don’t really beat on my cars and it’s worked for me between 60k miles of combined Audi ownership. If it works for you, do every 3k🤝🏼cheers!
