How to glue the leather imitation back on the door panel top if it starts to peal off

Good video. I have a 2001 TTR same issue on both door cards. I recently reglued the covering too. I used E6000 plus glue from Amazon with strong IRWiN spring clamps. I made several thin strips of plywood approximately 10-15cm long by 1-2cm wide and placed these either side of the panel area being glued with strong spring clamps to hold the plywood. This flattened the area out nicely and made an almost invisible repair. Removing the old brittle glue in the channel is tedious. I used a very thin flat head screwdriver to break up the glue into smaller areas about 3cm long and then gradually pushed the glue out (trying not to stab my hands). I noticed on your door card the plastic around the bolt hole is broken. I had the same issue and performed a plastic weld with staples and soldering iron to refix the hole, prior to reinstalling the metal bolt clamp. Top tip. When refitting the door card install the rubber trim with the reflector onto the door card first (using WD40 to ease the rubber bungs into the door card holes). This will stop the plastic tab being broken (which has happened on your door card where you made the 3D printed repair - great repair by you!).
