Hey guys, in this video we will show you how to remove or replace the map sensor on Audi TT. We demonstrated how to remove and replace the map sensor on a 2003 Audi TT Front Wheel Drive. The quattro might differ some. It is not very complicated procedure to replace the MAP Sensor. If you have codes that relate to MAP Sensor we have a video about that as well on our channel.

Map = manifold , boost = between turbo and manifold

Re-pin the remaining wires. Or go to a salvage yard grab another connecter with around 6-10" of the wiring intact. Trim wire length to match original, twist, solder and heat shrink into place. Done. Can be duplicated on any other plug and wire harness as well.

You might want to specify this is on the 180hp engine. On the 225, you can easily access it from the engine bay.
