"Nuff love and big respect to STEVEN STANLEY. I remember when I was an assistant engineer at Mixing Lab in 1991, the things that Steven did back then were out of this world - fixing live drums and correcting bad notes in the piano without a sampler. He taught me a lot, and everything he did, he explained why he was doing it. No other engineer teaches you like that. I have assisted many engineers in Jamaica before I migrated to the US in 1996. STEVEN STANLEY is an amazing audio engineer and a great person."

Yow Teach, Stephen is one of the greatest. I worked with him but yuh betta have nuff studio time for mixing. .other engineers like Soljie and dem used to take five hours to mix a song, not Stephen, he could take all a day. He would just have to give us a price because most of us really could not afford his true hourly rate. He would spend hours on one drum sound to get it perfect. It is always great working with him.

THANK YOU so much for bringing these greats to our attention . I have to say I never realise the depth of the background .
