Hi, welcome to ShuoshuoChinese 说说中文; my name is Shuo, I’m a native Chinese teacher living in Bangkok, Thailand, I’ve been teaching Chinese as a foreign language for more than 10 years and I’m also a language learner.
In this channel, I will upload a weekly video, in which I talk about Chinese vocabulary, Chinese grammar, Chinese culture, Chinese stories with pinyin and the English translation for listening practice.
With my channel, you can easily start to learn and understand complicated Chinese grammar, sentence structure, and differences/nuances between similar Chinese words.
If you are a Chinese beginner, I’m planning to upload videos about what Chinese language is, how it differs from English, Chinese pronunciations, Chinese characters and Chinese stroke sequences and a mini Chinese course, (10 minutes per day), which can help you learn quickly and easily. Don’t miss it!
So, subscribe to my channel and start your Chinese learning journey!

I believe that what really helps us to become fluent is not so much knowledge of grammar; nor knowledge of characters; nor the recollection VISUAL input; rather I think that we become fluent in Chinese ( or any language) when the SOUND of sentence structure, the SOUND of phrases, the SOUND of whole sentence become engrained in our brains. Videos like this one go a long way in helping us to achieve this.

I’M SORRY? WHERE’S THE STATUE FOR THIS WOMAN? she need a statue, a crown and a throne, help 😭❤️❤️ I can’t believe you create this amazing top quality and useful content and shared it freely here… it’s… I really have no words for that. I don’t know how to thank you properly. Thank you for everything… this is a masterpiece. I hope lots of Chinese students will see this because THEY NEED THIS. Really… it’s amazing. I’ll listen to it as much as I can, it’s helping already. I’m also surprised by how my ears are reacting, catching more “shades” of the sounds, maybe because I mostly hear this audio without watching it in order to check if I can recognize some words I already know. Sometimes, when I have more time available, I look at the screen too, in order to try to read the characters too. Unfortunately I’m still a high school student, so I don’t have money to donate to this channel but I would do it right now if I could… really. I hope you’ll keep doing with this channel and content, I’m loving it so much. I wish I had discovered you sooner… but now I did! And I’m so happy 🥹💞

Thank you🎉for this great lesson. I especially love that the Chinese characters are big, dark and easy to read so that I am not staining my eyes while trying to read on my cell phone. This lesson was just what I need practice at reading and making sentences.😊

The pinyin comes in handy when you dont recognise a character 😅 but i like the format it forces you to read the characters first and im happy to say i recognise quite a few not so bad progress after all . I like to think I'm at an intermediate hsk2 level now

This is brilliant!! Thank you so much!! 💕 I know it's a huge amount of work, but it is possible to make more of these for each hsk level? And also, is it possible to start with extremely casual not good pronunciation, then your excellent but fast pronunciation, then slow etc? Not many people speak as well as you, so when I hear normal every day Chinese I often can't understand the simplest of things 😅😂

老师, 我有一个问题 ?one of the last sentence order has me confused instead of " ta xiang zhao yige bu wan diannao de nanpengyou" wouldn't it make more sense to say " ta xiang zhao yige nanpengyou shei bu wan diannao" ? Usually I can accommodate the difference in structure from english to chinese but this one was bugging me , literal translation is " she want find a not play computer boyfriend "
