Yeh, since the story is turning into the alternate val agents against the real ones. That's why there can be two of any agent on either team. Val agents are usually the ones trying to defuse and the other ones try to defend. We see this with animations like retake with Yoru and Phoenix- Hope that helps.

Maybe, were not 100% sure what happened to the person Fade is looking for. She first suspected Alpha earth Valorant stole him and thats why she blackmailed them.

@@ArcFlyGuy what/whoever it is, we know for a fact from the interrogation that some version of cypher was involved, cause Fade says he "Knows what he did". While I'm not 110% on that theory, it definitely makes you question whether the Alt Agents are doing the sabotaging/stealing for good reason anymore.
