I don't like the Sony and Bose, are these recommendable if you compare it to those and the airbuds?

IMO, no. I returned these earbuds. I was expecting more from them based on the X9s.

Hey Ron! How "quick" are the touch controls? I've noticed that some like the Technics have a very fast response from when you tap the sensor to when the media pauses. Can you tell how fast these respond?

The touch controls are very fast. I have to give them credit for that.

When you changed out the eartips for larger ones does the bass get as good as the Sony Wfxm5s?

That's gonna be any earbud if you put better ear tips the bass will always be better
