I even heard it through the tiny MacBook Pro 14" speakers. The SRH840A mix had more natural mids as well, the M50x had dull upper mids in comparison, noticeable in the snare sound. Also, the upper bass/lower mids were rounder in the SRH840A mix, i. e. I could hear the bass guitar more clearly through the tiny speakers.

The m50x mix sounds dull in comparison cause they are bright headphones, I didn't like them.

POS H6 Pro Closed vs. Shure SRH840A I want to have a balanced approach to gaming and music and enjoy both. After some research, I am stuck between these two products, can you give me feedback? Bass quality is not very important to me, I care more about treble, mids and more importantly frequency response. I live in a noisy area so I have to choose closed or semi-open products. Can you help me out to figure out which is best choice?
