Countless times have I listened then fell asleep missing the last 15 min. Now having finally and purposefully listened to the final minutes I can thank you from my whole heart for bringing these enlightening and encouraging words to me. About forgiveness.... After my mom passed I finally understood that, as W.D. suggests, I realized she had been the best mother she could have been considering how she was raised and I gave up my negative childished resentments and my life got better for forgiving her and loving her for the way she raised me. Relinquishing my childish resentments was so healthy. All the good positive memories came flooding back. What relief!!!! Thank God for forgiveness!!!!

There are no excuses for living a poor life. Not poor in economic factors, but in spiritual truth. Dr Dyer was a great communicator. His voice I so strong in truth, that it moves me to the core of my soul. How I would have liked to meet him in life. Yet I am with him in every meditation of every day. Thank God for technology and for his insight to make his works available to all even after his energy has moved on.

Don't have expectations on others. You have no idea a thing about them. In 53 degree weather i gave brand new blanket to man sitting outside 7-11 with a friend lying in sleeping bag who said yes he wanted it. When I came out of store having bought him gloves, he'd put blanket over friend still lying down. He was excited over the gloves. Next day back at 7-11, that brand new blanket was on the floor inside 7-11 door. The 2 guys were gone.

Gave much to a homeless woman living under the bridge near my apartment: blankets, warm clothes, food & etc. Next day she was gone with all my 'altruistic gifts' left behind. Now I still give help to those who lack but WITH NO EXPECTATIONS. Less disappointments.
