And Bas had been a musician his whole life and worked with a couple of well known bands in the past, and worked cruise ships. They are touring at the moment UK and europe. Not only did T Pain drop a fire verse in response to their open verse challenge, but Krizz Kalico recently did a reaction - and he gave the thumbs up too. Bow bells reference - if you were born within earshot of the bells of St Mary le Bow, then you are a true cockney. Nod to their east end London Cockney roots - and Cockeny rhyming slang came in around the 1800s. So bars are in their DNA. They just don't miss
@who-nobody-neverАй бұрын
The double meanings are something I dont see reactors reacting to. Things like "hop in a drop top and running a man down". The surface meaning being a traffic issue, the real meaning, running someone heroin/down and more a trafficking issue. Even banging a posh bird, banging and a good bird of dope. etc. The drug codes are impeccable. They either were in it at some point, or they really got the slang down from study. All their songs do it nearly every bar. Filling head with lead like a mukbang, obvious meaning about shot to the head, but also about getting the head heavy on that dog food. Or bring the cats out, the street cats looking for the drugs, but also bring the p**sy out when the dope is out. idk, I haven't seen any reactor catch any of it beyond the simple meaning.

It's not just a call-out to Roger Federer, Pete has a whole tennis scheme going: spin, swing/Federer, serve, and bounce are all tennis references.

And the triplet line isn’t just he said it three times; it’s the rhythm. In musical notation, a triplet is three notes in quick succession. D-D-Duh, D-D-Duh, D-D-Duh. The three syllables of “bang-in-em…” Three musical TRIPLETS.

Y'all still haven't even scratched the surface on Pete and Bas. In "Stepped into the building" you see a lot of what is deemed "The Snooker Club" It includes, Pete and Bas and a lot of the guys in the video. The Snooker Club also includes a few members absent from anything you've reacted to. Norman Pain and PKJ (Patrick Karneigh Junior) both have their own "Sindhu Sesh" videos on the Sindhu World channel, but in addition they are "The Northern Boys" another elder rap gang under the same label, but they lean a lot more into the comedy aspect. You can find Norman Pain in "Golf" by pete and bas, or you could meet the whole crew through "Windowframe Cypher" parts 1&2. Thank you, love you 😘

I know that the lyrics, flow and vocals are done by Nine and Dex, and I know that Pete is a Notary Public in London (he dealt with a court summons for a case I brought against someone in Oxford), and I know that they just responded to an acting job advert by SindhuWorld looking for older males to mime along to rap/drill music as a comedy skit, but it works so well I don’t want to admit it’s faked! I wish I’d never known him before he got this role! 😢
