The Exact series is still on the pipeline, but we anticipated that Neo prices would continue to drop, as they have, so we pushed production back till mid year. We expect to ship both models by Fall. Thanks.

I HAVE A QUESTION, 3 1ohm amplifiers? Can 3-1ohm amplifiers be wired to 2 4ohm Subwoofers if one of the 1ohm amplifiers be wired in reverse witch is the middle when I wire a +and- together at the subs, should I balance out really good? Y or N

If you have so much proprietary technology in your subwoofers why is your website so bad?

Hopefully it isn't because of "Proprietary Technology." I don't know how they sell anything, even if it is good.

@@MrSteney my installer says they are really good woofers. So I'm going to give them a try. I ordered two 12" Evo's. Once they come in and I get them installed I'll put in the comments what I think of them. They are replacing 2 JL audio 12w3's I've had for 7 years. We will see!

Ok so I received the two Evo 12's. There is no information in the owners manual on the specs for these woofers for a ported enclosure. They are showing specs for a dual 4 ohm Evo 10" and 8". There is no recommendations for ported enclosures for the 12" subs. It says "see website for details" I sent 4 emails through their portal with no response. I called the number on their website and it has an automated system that asks who you want to get in touch with or their extension. I dont know who to ask for and I don't know extension numbers. There is no where to leave a message either. I randomly dialed letters of a name and got put into a voice mail. I asked them for any information on the woofer and left my contact information. It's been a week and no contact. So no information on website, owners manual and no contact through email and can't talk with anyone at the factory...🤷‍♂️

@@continentaltt4975 thanks for the update. I'll have to pass on the brand altogether. It shouldn't be such a hassle to find product information or a dealer with actual inventory. I'll have to assume if you need after sale support you're SOL.

Prob the reason I will never buy their products again is the lack of costumer service. As good as their products can be they just dont have the costumer support to make their brand competitive. Their website is mediocre at best with 0 valuable information about their products. For a very advanced car audio enthusiast, that does not requiere a shop to do the work, this brand is not ideal because there will be no support. On top of that their product are good but not great, they are honestly not disrupting the industry with any of their products. Not worth the risk, money and headache....when brands like JL, Stereo integrity ARC and others are making amazing products with EXCELLENT support and costumer service .

Thanks for your reply! So comparing to JLAudio was the switch worth it? Is the sq and power better? Or is everything on par with the JL preformance wise?
