The most genuinely unique band I'v heard in over a decade. Genevieve will be seen as one of the great influential rock icons. She will inspire the next generation of great musicians.

Dang. So much grunge and sensuality... Only something CoT seems to do. SO wish I could've seen them live!

Idk much about them having discovered them recently myself, but apart from Genevieve confirming they won't be working together anymore, it seems like nothing's really been publicly stated. But looks like they've had to change their bassist/drummer a lot over the years, maybe Gen and Marc thought they might as well call it quits after two really good albums? Point being, maybe Gen and Marc might reunite for a few shows every now and again :)

Exactly why I loved them so much. ❤️

Guitar player is doing good playing with awolnation and making new music, drummer is tagging along with singer probably wondering what he's doing with his life while she creates music that doesn't even compare to this. Proves that Gen wasn't the heart of this band. I'm still upset they broke up, this is fucking gold.

her solo stuff is really good though. but i agree 100%

They feel so real; they have depth and substance, Absolutly effin' beautiful! This is how real music is suppose to be-- contributing to the human experience. Not a profit machine set out by major label corporations. CoT, thank you for being!

Just remember the previous generations probably thought the same of our music. It's all a matter of taste. Just because theirs is different, doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. I'll continue to listen to and make the music I prefer regardless. Someone out there is bound to feel the same.
@psydub12 жыл бұрын
When she's jumping up and down and has a huge smiling face around 4:52 is what I feel like listening to this! @DJforrest1234 I agree, a little more sludgy blues than jazz, but definitely some jazz undertones too. Anyone know of some similar songs to this? I tried putting this song in pandora, but got nothing even close. This rocks so much!!!

i understand the stab at drake and miley but wtf is wrong with lorde?
@TheBent1394 жыл бұрын
@@jConJustinConnor I will be surprised if Lorde is ever heard from again in a major way. She made some comments perceived as anti-israeli and cancelled a show there in 2017 and that is doom in the music industry. No recordings or major appearances since. She has basically been blacklisted like in the old days. She was an interesting artist.
