Hi there, the Corporate Governance Report will be included within the annual report of any company that is listed in the UK (on the London Stock Exchange), and is prepared by the Board of Directors. The annual report is publicly available so it will be available to read to anyone who reads the annual report. It will be of particular interest to investors, potential investors and lenders.
