Pleasure. We don't like using vba macros but in this case it is necessary to hide unhide columns in Excel.

Record a macro that unhides all the columns in that area (or just unhide columns manually)

thank you so much... really well explained but I am facing a weired issue...the macro works fine for the first time but after the macro is recorded and try to execute it again...then getting run-time error 1004...No cells were found... Please help...feels like "almost there but yet so far"

Often it is how you start the macro recording. Make sure you DON'T start on the first cell. Purposefully click on the required cell AFTER starting the recording.

Try to connect that macro with specific cell change event for workbook then these buttons are not needed anymore.
