Sir,, what is the reason why the detection risk is low when the inherent and control risk is high... I did not understand the inverse relationship

When there is high inherent risk and high control risk there is low probability that the risks won't be detected (low detection risk)

when inherent risk is more and control risks as well then an auditor will employ stringent or detailed procedures thus keeping detection risk low.
