maam, in q-6, broader scope must be of internal audit. There are different different answers on google. but an expert told me that first comes internal audit, then internal control, then internal check. Kindly consider it.

Mam in question no44 its a casual vacancy is firstly filled by BOD and if they fail to apoint..then it is appointed by shareholders.... Please correct me if i am wrong & thnks for a wonderful session❤

Casual vacancy ki baat nahi baba baat ho rahi hai jab ek auditor khud se resign Ker deta auditor ke post tab waha per auditor ki khali post ko kon fill kerta hai..... That's say the question section 140(2) tab bod jo company ke owner hoge matlab shareholders of company woo aapke auditor ko appointment kerege in annual General Meeting mai..... 😊
