When G4S won their first prisoner transport contract from HMP prisons 29 years ago they cut escapes down from 35 to 3 in the first year. The MOJ rotates these contracts and most prisoner transport are now done by GEO-AMEY and SODEX. These 2 companies have had multiple escapes in the last 4 years far more than G4S in over 20 years.

@@ablestringer9063exactly. A lot of people assume accents are genetically inherited but people sound like their peers who they grew up around. That's why AB's kids sound British, but AB still has his Asgardian accent. His accent does adapt too, but much less so than it would do if he were a lot younger. The same effect can be observed in migrant families all over the world. Kids go to school, learn the language and quickly sound like their classmates. The parents go to work, learn the language but keep their old accent.

Could it be that your lack of knowledge of the regional differences in language usage is unbelievable. If you travel around the UK, you will hear a plethora of regional accents and word usage in use while still being in the English language. Words like 'innit' may be particular to that region. It is not a lack in education but the adoption of the vocabulary of the region.

Everybody seems to praise the young guard but his badge wasn't on display, his hands in pockets, camera not turned on. Just because he was twisting a few words in a local accent doesn't make him great. Or is it just because he wasn't agressive, hm... He didn't use the acronym GDPR their training teaches them. I don't think he's aware of auditing, another training from G4S / all-over KZbin. The Caribbean guy was old style hands-on approach, comes with age & background. He put his camera upside down. " Tim " Leader... out-of-date processing power. Nice guy, maybe but I've seen more sharp & aware people. I assume the parking lot was staff only, that's why they rushed outside / their jurisdiction

It looks like g4s brushed up their act (most probably due to AB auditing them numerous times😁) the young chap stands out, also the team leader very professional and cordial and de-escalated the situation. However public employees looks somehow entitled and rude probably because they're employed by the government therefore they do not have to account for their behavior towards the citizens that pay their wages.

The younger guy did quite well,of course he has to be seen to be protecting the entitled snowflakes within the company but he wasn't unprofessional at any point and understood that filming even data through windows is not unlawful even if it is suspicious.
