Employees regularly exceed their remit..power of their self perceived importance is absolutely disgraceful. Tourists film , vloggers film and Employees need to grow up.. Everyone of the service users are filmed without their consent by them, yet we are treated like dirt for recording our interactions.. plus, when ever a crime occurs, first thing police ask is for members of the public to give them any footage they may have of the event. 🙄

Well Amir is 100% going to go far, he is management material. He was handling the situation very well. There was no need for the police to be called. The young police officer that attended knew his stuff. In fact they’ve impressed me so much that I’m going to write to their heads of departments praising their interactions with the public. As for the other members of staff they are in the wrong job and should be moved to other duties

Contrast Amir's quiet professionalism with the truculent and childish behaviour of the desk clerk, Donut Sox and the Team Leader. We are being filmed everywhere we walk by street cameras and 'security' cameras, so why do people lose their sh*t when they see a man with a camera? Props to the attending police here too. I know that auditing does prove points, but when someone sitting doing their job, doesn't want filmed and splashed over social media, that's where I believe you are wrong.
