That company should be prosecuted, as they phoned for an emergency and the police reacted as such, hence blue's and twos. Even so, they still tried to make an issue of a non-crime. I wonder how many actual criminal acts were being committed while 3 officers in 2 cars were wasting time sucking up to corporate institutions.

I used to like this channel but honestly Kev you are going to give auditors a bad name with carry on like this. This is a PRIVATE company and you were asked about 25 times to leave the premises before you left. As soon as you were asked to leave you should have left regardless of what Trevor in the weighbridge said. You are accusing people of being rude and aggressive and putting hands up to you when they weren't. The site manager was perfectly reasonable with you and you called him a joke and an absolute moron for no reason. I wouldn't have called the police though. I would have fooked you out on your head. Also, how does that NPCC memo you trotted out apply here?

They asked him to leave a place he wasn't supposed to be on a chemical site which is clearly dangerous considering the signs on the wall. They had no idea why he was there in the first place and he was just asked to leave and stand outside. Seems pretty acceptable to me.

In fairness it depends how serious the assault is . Ive seen an assault where someone was killed and there were about 10 police vehicles there . To get a police response it depends what the caller has said . I suspect in alot of these videos the caller has laid it on a bit thick and overstated the problem .

Clear abuse of 999 policy , the call log needs to be reviewed for an appropriate response under policy and the vehicle data logger Be down loaded and this investigated The officer admits on the public record he is unaware of the policy and law directives to filming as issued this is a failure of his duty and that of his superiors to ensure the officer is aware so he should name his superiors that have failed in the duty of care to ensure all officers are aware, even to state it’s probably been lost in my indox , this is clearly not expectable and must be addressed as the officer is clearly not informed and thus makes him a danger to the public

Let's take Auditing Yorkshire for example, would he be the sort that would go crying to the police "Oh, someone has thrown me off their property"? Um, interesting, he likes to wind up coppers and is rarely polite to them. So would he really do and seek their help if I throw off my property. Here a copy and paste from a Solicitors website. "Can I remove a trespasser from my property? If someone is considered to be trespassing, the first call of action is to ask them to leave. If the person refuses, then a landowner is allowed to use 'reasonable force' to remove them."

Bloody terrible how people are in 2023 about a camera. Do these people not realise they get filmed as soon as they leave their houses. Divs the lot of them. I’m actually self conscious atm about the way I look but I wouldn’t react like this from someone filming as I’m not stupid and know I’m gunna be filmed.

Cant understand why that young lad banged in the pin code to go through that little gate when the big gate was wide open😂😂 if i were working there i wouldnt be wasting my energy. And that officer with her nails done was extremely unprofessional

Receptionist Karens face when she saw the camera. Then she gets angry. Then she starts panicking while explaining it to her boss Darren, as though you were holding weapons. And then her immediate reaction to her request to leave the "reception" (by definition a public place for visitors), is to phone the Police.
