The Nessun Dorma for sopranos has to be Vissi D'Arte. Apart from being almost as popular, it has the same energy as Nessun Dorma with its slow buildup and stirring climax. The other contender should probably be O Mio Babbino Caro, which I note because, like Nessun Dorma, it's also very often performed by classical crossover singers and is equally as popular. It doesn't have the WOW factor that Nessun Dorma has though.
