I just got the audix D 7 piece drum mic kit, came with 1 d6, 1 d4, 2 d2, 1 i5, 2 adx-51 , and a nice metal case thats lined with high end foam thats cut perfectly to hold the mics, oh it had clamps with the steel coil for all of the mics, and clips to hold them, for 980 bucks, best grand ever spent...will always use audix mics

Thomas are the Audix D series better than the F series? Your thoughts.

D series are higher quality and made in USA. Fusion series are lower quality and not made in USA. I have F2 and F6 along with D2 and D6 , and the D series are SUPERIOR in sound.
