This may be one of the saddest songs I've ever heard....until you realize that the lyrics are written from the perspective of God singing to us. Until you've been to the lowest depths, cornered with nowhere to turn, you won't be able to truly appreciate the gravity of this song. "Love won't pass you by. You just have to reach out ahead."

Running to Jesus & asking Him for grace & power & healing to overcome our trouble is the way to peace & victory. Thank you for singing encouragement. Joycee passed from this life 5 months. The song says, I will not trust in the sweetest frame. You give me encouragement by showing me my selfish behavior by which I drive nails into his hands and mock Him. His selflessness accepts my selfishness. I have lost 2 wives within 21 years and know that Love is all around me as you have sung to help me get our of bed for my family of 29 adults and 17 grandchildren bequeathed to my by my wives. Bless you and praise the living GOD who has not left me an orphan and gives me a comforter who councils me how to keep in the way of life You sing encouragement into my heart/mind.

I had listened to this song countless times then I stopped listening to music altogether because I was going through hard situations, and I was so broken, that listening to one song would've killed me. I started listening to music once again after several years, but this time I focused solely on uplifting Christian songs that were rich in truth, so that my heart could be strengthened, but I was shocked by how the lyrics of this song touched me differently this time. my once strong husband has been in a murky depression for two years -- this is the true reason for my search for uplifting songs. everything in this song rings so true. what it means to me at this point is so different from what it meant when I first heard it. may we never forget to look up and reach out our hands in the midst of our deepest sorrows and pain.

This is true life.. Every word was apart of my life. This song is soooo inspiring! I feel like as being human on this earth we are suppose to help and love each other unconditionally. Grow together.
