Wow an hour flew by watching two of my favorite artists having a great convo. Loved every second of it and here are the stuffs they talked about:(SPOIL ALERT!!!!!) how the tone changes when switching to a different language, loved music since she was a kid(a natural progression), a rise of Asian artist community, “I always just make what I want to hear”, how she works with her friends to make conceptual videos, attended NYU and misses writing essays, their love for Indian food, having supportive parents (and her secretly creative dad), Shang-chi album, their impression of LA(its strangely perfect weather, things have to be super planned, and people exuding competitive energy), the difference btwn recording in a studio vs home, stage fright, memory of Korea, “club shaming”(Lol), and more. The last part consists of Q&A and lighting round/guessing games.
